Essay Competition • This competition is only for college students. • The essay must be written either in Tamil or English and should contain 1500–2000 words. • Students must upload the essay only in Word or Pdf format. • Only one essay per student is permitted. • The essay should be based on the memories of INA veterans and their families. • Bonus marks will be awarded if relevant proof or supporting documents are attached. • At the beginning of the essay, students must include the following details (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email ID (Gmail)). At the end of the essay, details of an INA family must be provided, including (Name, Address, Contact Number). • The last date for essay submission is 16-01-2026. • Participation certificates will be provided to all students who submit their essays. • Submit your completed essay to inarootstn@gmail.com

Shortfilm Competition • This competition is only for college students. • The short film must be in Tamil or English. • The duration of the short film should be between 3 and 5 minutes. • Each participant can submit only one short film. • The short film must be based on the memories shared by INA (Indian National Army) veterans and their families. • Additional marks will be awarded if documents used by INA members during their service are shown in the short film. • At the beginning of the short film, your name, address, phone number, and email ID must be included. • At the end of the short film, you must include the current address and contact number of the INA families you met. • Only short films submitted on or before 16-01-2026 will be accepted for the competition. • Participation certificates will be provided to all who submit their short films. • Submit your completed shortflim to inarootstn@gmail.com
